In Bloom!

Very excited look what our pride and joy has just produced!!!!! Ain't she a beauty?

Still not very impressed with this summers weather... where's is this so called summer long heatwave???? At least the plants and the girls in the pond are happy!

Yorkshire Living Magazine - Our Garden!!!!!

Well here you go this is June/July issue of Yorkshire Living Magazine with Steve and mines little mansion in Saltaire. Its great publicty for us with steve exhibition during the Saltaire festival in September and also helps us with the push for the best backyard in Saltaire competition this year.... 2 wins in 2 years???

Note in the article it "I built this, I did this, that and the other, I I I" hmmmmmm he owes me big time, the cheeky minx!!!!!

Saltaire Back Passage Competition 2007!


It's back again this year and the gloves are off to retain our title as the best passage of saltaire 2007. Kate's working on her weed garden look and steph just throwing money at her garden left right and centre. We've moved from oriental theme to a bali theme!!! like you do in the middle of saltaire... steve's already suggested that i'd be the fat budha.... cheeky sod!
Judging will be july so we've got 3 more months of fluffing and preening!

Big Bamboo on da Decking!


Firstly hello!

i am alive, just that nothing exciting has been happening recently...

Oh dear god, i've just built us some wooden planters on the decking for that tropical rainforest look...

We went to the garden centre wednesday and steve got a bit carried away and has bought a beast of a bamboo almost 9ft tall. Firstly the cars a mess covered in soil secondly the bamboo had greenfly all over and now my car is a greenfly transporter!!!

I'll get you some picks of my amazing creations shortly.

It's good to be back!!
